? Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
? Coordinate service requests, returns, repairs, and product support activities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
? Partner with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure projects and service requests are completed on time.
? Provide proactive updates to customers and help resolve questions related to service status, documentation, and order fulfillment.
? Collaborate with teams across operations, shipping, quality, and accounting to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
? Contribute to process improvements and help drive operational efficiency within the customer support function.
? High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
? 2+ years of customer service, client support, or service operations experience
? Strong multitasking and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
? Experience working with CRM systems and business software platforms
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
? Knowledge of international shipping, logistics, or import/export processes is highly desirable
